At Noraya Living, we deliver across the UAE with care. Every order is packed thoughtfully and dispatched promptly.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE:

• Dubai
• Abu Dhabi
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah
• Umm Al Quwain

Delivery Timeframes

Standard orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

For remote areas within the UAE, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Costs

• Free delivery on all orders above 1,000 AED
• Standard delivery fee applies to orders below 1,000 AED — displayed at checkout

Corporate & Bulk Orders

Corporate gift set orders have a lead time of 3–5 business days for preparation and packing, in addition to standard delivery time. For large orders we coordinate delivery directly with your office or venue.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation with tracking details. You can also track your order via the Track My Order link in the footer or contact us directly.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement promptly.
